Do I keep my own mobile number?
Yes. Your customers keep calling your mobile and you keep picking up. Only the calls you do not answer go to your landline number instead of your operator's mailbox.
Do I need a new SIM card or an app?
No. You set one forwarding code on your handset and that is it. The control panel is a website that works in any browser, including on your phone.
What does it cost the person calling me?
Your caller simply rings your mobile at their usual rate. The forward to the landline falls under the terms of your own mobile plan, and with most Belgian unlimited-calling plans it costs you nothing extra.
Does this work with Proximus, Orange and Base?
Yes. Forwarding codes are a mobile network standard and work with every Belgian operator, including the smaller brands riding on their networks.
I already have my operator's voicemail. What now?
You switch it off with one code, then set the forward to us. Your account lists the exact codes for your operator, with step-by-step instructions.
Where are my messages stored?
On servers inside the European Union. Your messages are yours: you can download them or have them permanently deleted at any time, and we wipe everything when you close your account.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no notice period. Whatever you have prepaid for the current month simply runs out.
Can several people follow the same inbox?
That is what the Team plan is for. Messages land in a shared inbox where you can assign them to someone, so two people do not ring the same customer back.
